Had the absolute best experience ever when purchasing my car.   Miceala was so kind, friendly and never got tired of explaining all the detail over and over again. She is an absolute gem to the company.  Being a little bit older (and not doing good with technology) the owner himself and Miceala even came to my work just to assist me in the final sighning of my contract.  I am so so grateful that I choose them to buy my vehicle from. I had an amazing easy and friendly experience from start to finish. From start to finish, her communication was top-notch! she was super responsive and answered every single question I had in a timely manner. She made each step of the trade-in process quick, efficient, and completely seamless, with zero time wasted. I must say. This has been the most pleasant experience I’ve ever experienced when it comes to buying a car. I dealt with Micaela the sales agent for Autospot through the whole process and honestly it was such a great experience. She along with management were super helpful and polite. Things on my end did take a while but that being said they were patient and kept checking in from the moment I applied for the finance on the car to the moment I got home. My experience with buying my car,from Auto Spot has been a stress free and smooth transition. Micaela the sales representative is experienced and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions with friendly and helpful. I have had many cars in my time,but buying from a garage like Auto Spot was a more relaxed experience,as from my passed experience with other deals. No hidden agendas very open and honest sales. I am one happy camper.
